Postage 

We offer free postage on orders over £100. 

We use a Royal Mail Tracked 24 or International Tracked and Signed service for posting out our products to you.  

• Postage within the UK will cost £5.50
• Postage to Europe will cost £12.50
• Postage to the Rest of the World will cost £18.50

When you buy goods from a business, in law you have a number of rights as a consumer. These include the right to claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where the goods are faulty or mis-described. 

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. 

• Any non-personalised product can be returned for a full refund or exchange.
• If your product is personalised, we will refund your product only if there is a fault.
• You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it.
• Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.
• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
